Me when bubbles was done during GGJ/FGJ 2025

The idea of the game is that you play as a wizard who uses bubble magic which he gets from drinking the bubble juice to defeat endles waves of ghost knights.

The idea for me during this jam was to learn things which I have wanted to learn e.g. animations and ragdols

For this project I was in charge of the visual side.

I made the level using a free asset found in itch.io. I also made the shaders that the game uses excluding the bottle liquid shader which was made by Humsteri.

I also played a lot with post processing & animations. During this Jam I learned how to use premade animations and how to make animations from scratch. The player hand animations are done by me. The enemy & Menu animations are taken from Mixamo.

Blind in Tuonela unity itch

Blind in tuonela was done during a jam that was hosted at KAMK by IDGA Kajaani.

The idea of the game is stolen from the game Scanner Sombre, but with a twist that no one that made Blind in Tuonela had played it.

This is also my first time doing a project/jam that has steam multiplayer.

I tinkered a lot with optimization around the dots and how they change color depending on what kind of object they touch.

I also made the weapon switching script, and visuals for the menus.

Item interaction was also done by me.

OINK OINK BLASTER godot itch

Oink Oink Blaster was my third game jam game and it was made for FGJ 2023.

The idea of Oink Oink Blaster was that it was just a cute looking Doom game.

I made the enemies and HUD for Oink Oink Blaster.

This was also my first time using Godot as a game engine.

As Godot noob it was fun and pretty time consuming to make the enemies.

The enemies are just simple billboards who move randomly and shoot player if it is in their field of view.

It didn't work is I would have liked but I got it to work.

MadGoat unity itch

MadGoat was my second game jam game and it was made for KekriJam 2023.

The idea of MadGoat was that you play as the burning Kekri goat and you must finish the level before you burnout.

KekriJam 2023 was a Jam hosted by Kajaani IDGA for a traditional festival that is held in Kajaani named kekri.

I made the burning script and also the lighting for the objects.

It was also my first time using lights in 2D games.

Iron Mice From Hell unity itch

Iron Mice From Hell was the first game jam I have participated and it was made for MouseJam2023.

MouseJam2023 was a gamejam hosted by Ironmouse & Itch.io.

The idea of Iron Mice From Hell is that you play as the Vtuber Ironmouse and you must protect your cables from pesky rats while you are trying to keep your audience entertained.

We placed 5th out of 40 participants.

This simple instruction menu was the first time I tried animating UI and I think I did a pretty good job.

There is also a score counter & fail screens which I made but don't have any videos of them.
